Ensemble in Process… A Modern Lullaby will be an evening of music with two sets pertaining to the complex myths and allegories of the legendary cradle song. Rose Hegele (soprano) and Brian Mark (piano) perform works by Meredith Monk*, Bjork, Peter DeRose, Erin Gee, Yann Tiersen*, Vartan Aghababian, and yours truly. Three Authors/Three Songs will have its world premiere as a complete song cycle, joined by flutist Antonina Styczen-Leszczynska. Clarinet Duo David Angelo and Shannon Leigh perform the second set with works by various composers.
