Ensemble in Process teams up with RyderDance for two hour concerts (back to back) at the Old Stone House of Brooklyn on October 17th (2.30pm and 4.30pm). The Illusion of Separateness will be a collaborative journey dissecting the new reality of “social distancing” and the human ability to connect during a time of being apart. Works by Meredith Monk, Erik Satie, Joseph Gregorio, and yours truly, with a new work (title of event) written for this event. Performers include Madeline Hocking (Violin), Cole Bartels (Trombone), with Brian Mark on piano, and dancers Laura Mendes, Alyssa Myers, Oscar Antonio Rodriguez, and Miriam Rose.
